I spent almost all of September travelling in Europe, mainly in England and Spain.
In London I visited the Tate Modern and Serpentine Galleries. At the Serpentine Pavilion this beautiful construction by Danish Architect Bjarke Ingels was amazing.
This is a massive sculpture in the courtyard of the Nouvel Building at the Reina Sofia Madrid. Intriguing, it held the space so well.
Reina Sofia Madrid: This work was in an exhibition of Spanish art ranging from 1935 – 1968 reflecting the political turmoil of the time. It was a very interesting exhibition
Spanish architecture is often surprising, I enjoy the balance between the old and the new.
